Once you upload a few SOPs and assign them to your technicians, they can open the app, find their protocols, and start reading right away. From there you generate quizzes at your own pace, review them before anyone sees them, and publish when you're ready. Most facilities have their first quizzes live within the first week.
It reads your actual SOP content, not a generic template. The questions it generates reference your species, your protocols, and your procedures. If your SOP covers rodent handling, the questions will be about rodent handling — not general animal care trivia.
Yes, always. Every quiz goes through an admin review step before it reaches anyone. You can edit individual questions, remove ones that don't feel right, or add your own. Nothing gets published without your approval.
You set the pass threshold and retake rules. If someone does not meet the requirement, it shows up on your admin dashboard right away and the technician is notified to retake it. You always know who is compliant and who still needs to complete their training.
